2009年9—10月国内环境事件 *

摘要：简要统计了2009年9—10月国内发生的各种环境事件94起，包括沙尘天气5起，污染事件13起，地震47起，山体滑坡和泥石流15起，旱灾3起以及其他自然灾害11起。

0 引言

本文继续对国内环境事件进行统计和分析^[1–46]，统计时间为2009年9—10月。

1 事件数据

2009年9—10月国内环境事件详见表1～6。期间发生沙尘天气5起，比去年同期多3起；污染事件13起，比去年同期少12起；地震47起，比去年同期多32起，但没有5级以上地震；山体滑坡和泥石流15起，比去年同期少1起；旱灾3起，与去年同期相同；其他自然灾害11起。

2 讨论

统计期间，共发生污染事件13起，与2008年同期相比少12起。其中10起事件涉及水污染，3起事件涉及空气污染。

统计期间，全国自然灾害以旱灾、台风、洪涝、山体滑坡和泥石流为主，青海、西藏、新疆等地局部出现雪灾。据中国气象局网站（11月02日）消息，2009年10月我国主要气象灾害特征如下。

1）江南、华南等地气象干旱持续或发展。入秋以来，我国黄河以南大部地区降水量较常年同期偏少3～8成。长江中下游地区9—10月平均降水量98.7 mm，较常年同期（179.4 mm）偏少80.7 mm，为有气象记录以来第4少，其中湖南、湖北、江西3省区域平均降水量为62.5 mm，较常年同期（173.4 mm）偏少110.9 mm，为1951年以来同期最少。严重干旱导致江西鄱阳湖比常年提前2个月进入枯水期，省内5大河流中有4条河流出现历史最低水位，赣江万安至新干段航道出现严重堵航现象。

2）热带风暴“芭玛”登陆海南。“芭玛”生命史历时16 d，具有生命史长、路径诡异、强度变化大、登陆频繁特点。“芭玛”造成海南、广东两省166.9万人受灾，紧急转移安置8.5万人；直接经济损失4.3亿元。

3）是青海、西藏、新疆等地局部出现雪灾。10月4—12日，青海南部、新疆西部、西藏东北部及西南部、新疆西部等地出现雨雪天气过程，局部地区出现大到暴雪天气，其中西藏普兰（99.2 mm）、聂拉木（73.3 mm）、帕里（63.5 mm）等地降水量超过50 mm，部分牧业点积雪深度达30～40 cm。

4）10多个省（市、区）遭受强对流天气袭击。初步统计，10月份，全国有浙江、陕西、青海、江苏、云南、甘肃、海南、辽宁、广西、广东、山西、山东、河南、河北、吉林等10多个省（市、区）遭受局地暴雨、雷雨大风、冰雹、雷暴等强对流天气袭击，其中辽宁、山东、陕西等地局部地区受灾较重。

3 结论

2009年9—10月国内发生沙尘天气5起，污染事件13起，地震47起，山体滑坡和泥石流15起，旱灾3起以及其他自然灾害11起。

Statistics of environmental events in China during period from

September to October in 2009

Abstract: The present paper summarizes the major environmental events in China during the period from September to October in the year 2009. These events are classified into six categories, i.e. dust weather, pollution accidents, earthquake, landslide and debris flow, draught, as well as other disasters. Total 5, 13, 47, 15, 3, and 11 major events are reported with their detailed statistics on the loss, places, and the nature of the events respectively. Causes are also listed which actually led to the 94 events.
